All shipping and carriage charges are passed on at cost price, and under normal circumstances stock Orders will be dispatched by the next available method, which will usually be within 2 to 7 working days. Special Orders, Orders placed during heavy workload periods or Orders dependant upon Supplier or Manufacturer deliveries, may take from 7 to 21 days to fulfil. Orders which are not due to be delivered until after 21 days, will be notified to the Client as soon as possible.
Our standard delivery service is 1 to 3 Days (Monday to Friday), but we are also able to offer 9am, 10am, 12 noon and Saturday services as well. Please ask for details on these more expensive services, or on deliveries outwith the standard rate areas. Below are quoted standard samples of rates for dispatching a single parcel up to 10kg in weight, but these prices will change for certain areas and special delivery requirements, and standard charges may vary from those given here. Small parcels under 2kg in weight, will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will also be charged at cost price. All orders over £200.00 before VAT, will be dispatched with the carriage being free of charge. All prices are quoted Excluding VAT at the current rate.
